We were amazed at the level of friendly, efficient service. For $20 we got a tire removed, fixed and replaced, along with free video games, popcorn and fresh-baked cookies for the kids. We hope to have tire trouble more often!

We're from out of town and had a slowly-leaking tire during a snow storm. We were bracing for a long wait and a difficult experience at an auto-repair shop. Instead we were amazed at the level of fast, friendly and efficient service. For $20 we got a tire removed, fixed and replaced, along with free video games, popcorn and fresh-baked cookies for the kids. The staff was really helpful and friendly. We hope to have tire trouble in Truckee more often. :-)

I don't let any one work on my vehicles but me. But when I do need a shop, I use the Auto & Tire Doctor

Unhelpful. Prices high. Busy. Needs better management.

They did the job well. They were polite and accommodating. They are a good part of the community. My 2-star reflects that I told them the diagnosis and what needed to be done but then they charged me for a diagnosis that came to the same conclusion that I had already notified them of.
