Originally they were booked out til after thanksgiving to put my winter tires on. I had tires and rims separate this year so it would be easier in the future to just bolt the different tires on. I tried going to a shop in Reno and they were trying to tell me I had to buy $200+ of additional parts on top of $200+ in labor costs. I called Auto Doctor to get their opinion because I trust them more and they accommodated me that day! I dropped my tires and rims off so they could put them together here and there when they had time and expected a call back in a week or so. Two days later they called and said my tires were ready! I dropped my car off and the tires were changed and good to go less than 40 minutes later. Absolutely amazing customer service and they have never tried to be shady or oversell me or take advantage of me because of my age or gender. Thank you Auto Doctor!
