My experience was based on the people at the Express Lube part of The Auto Doctor. I liked my experience enough that I brought a family member to them and they treated her even better. I am very happy with the service we received. Courteous, professional and informative without trying to grab un-needed work. Very happy indeed! -I'm a local and I'll be going back instead of going to Reno.

These guys are great! My battery died on a Saturday right before they closed. Josh brought me a temporary jump starter to use for the weekend and made my appointment for first thing Monday morning. If I could give more stars I would!

These guys are great! They were knowledgeable and courteous. I showed up there an hour before they closed on a Saturday and Dave and re-balanced my tire in no time. He showed me a picture of what was wrong and the car drove great after he was done. Thank you Dave! I am definitely taking my car back there for it's service from now.

I arrived about 15 minutes early for my Oil Change appt. and they were able to take me right in. It was done in less than 25 minutes and I was on my way.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change at the new lube express. was in and out quick, no appointment.
