Took my truck in because my gears weren't shifting. They called me the next day to tell me I needed a whole new clutch, which I thought was strange since I just had it replaced a few years ago. They quoted my $1300. I couldn't afford that so I had it towed to a different place for a second opinion. The new place told me my clutch was fine only my clutch plate broke and it would be $300. That's a thousand dollar difference, I couldn't believe it. The tire doctor also said I had a transmission leak and had to replace it, the new place told me nope its in great condition. In all at the second place I spent $500 cause they also did I tune up. I don't trust the auto and tire doctor they are dishonest and not to be trusted. If you want to be treated fairly and not taken advantage of stay away. And whats up with the guy at the front Alan you flirts and blows kisses at all the women. I felt very uncomfortable.

We picked up a nail in our tire and we called on a Saturday to see if they could plug it. They were able to squeeze us in before their next appointment. They literally turned the car around within 15 minutes and when we pulled out our wallet, they told us it's on them. These guys are the best--highly recommend!

Terrible terrible terrible. Do not go here. 7 weeks without my car and lied to multiple times.

I went in for a smog test and two hours later I found out that they are not familiar with the new software on the smog tester. This is it for me- never going back.

Our Van broke down outside of Truckee on our way to Burning Man. We had the van towed to this shop. What could have been a horrible experience was made into the most pleasant time I have ever had a mechanic shop. Not only did they have our van ready in less than 2 hours ( the fuel pump had to be replaced) but the staff was super friendly and so helpful. They even gave us a bag of freshly picked peaches! Now that is customer service. I highly recommend this place.

My car broke down and AAA towed it to this location. I dealt with Allan and he was nothing but helpful, understanding of my situation and patient. I really appreciate that he made a very difficult situation much, much better. He charged me a fair price for the diagnostics and gave me good information and advice. I needed a written description of what had happened and he was willing to do that as well. I highly recommend doing business with this company based on my experience with Allan.

Showed up 2 minutes before closing time on a Saturday with a blown trailer tire. My rig was already at Fordyce so i was screwed if I couldn't get it fixed that day cause nothing would have been open Sunday. They stayed after hours to take the old tire off and put a new one on. Thanks for the great service!!
