My Service Advisor Nathan was wonderful. He was honest, understanding and on top of all the issues related to my repairs. Highly recommend this shop if you are in the Truckee area.

I was very impressed that the technician called me before there doors were open, so that can get a head start on my vehicle, was dropped off on a Sunday, so again very impressed on the quick response on my vehicle

Went in for a Ford F250 diesel oil change and alignment and both were done well. Will follow up on other maintenance recommendations as well. Would recommend!

thorough and accommodating

We woke up to find that we had a semi-flat tire. Added to that stress was the fact that I had to be at an appointment later in the day that I could not miss. We called AAA, and they recommended The Auto and Tire Doctor in Truckee. We're so glad that we took AAA's advice. We were greeted by Mason who took in the situation and immediately put us at ease. He engaged with us and acted as "quarterback" in getting the tire fixed. We knew then and there that we were in good hands. Zeke was the technician who expertly and professionally patched the tire...explaining what he did in layman's terms, which was much appreciated. And, Josh was there in the office adding humor and fun. The cost was very fair and I got to my appointment with time to spare. On another note, we thoroughly enjoyed the artifacts and museum-like decor. We are grateful that what could have been a thoroughly unpleasant experience turned into such a positive one thanks to the "good doctors" at The Auto & Tire Doctor.

My car acted up last Saturday. I needed to get a jump start. I went to 2 O’Reillys and 1 AutoZone. All three of them said there was something wrong with my alternator. I dropped my car off to have it checked Monday morning. Josh called me in the morning and suggested that they run a diagnostic. It turned out that nothing was wrong with alternator and I just needed a new battery. I’m grateful Josh took the extra step to make a recommendation, which saved me hundreds of dollars. Auto Dr is always there when I need them and I trust them.

Great job guys replacing my GMC Yukon's transmission. I made the right decision to use the Dr.

Excellent , timely service. I was stuck on the interstate for 5 hours before the tow truck came, and the Auto Doctor let me have it towed there without hesitation. I gat it back a week later and it is running great. I will definitely use them again.
