The staff and technicians at the shop are both professional and courteous. They were able to diagnose a fuel problem on my limited production BMW. I don't if many non-BMW shops would be able to do that.

I just came to the Lube Express for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The service was very friendly and helpful. I went for a walk while my car was being worked on because of the closeness of the Trout Creek trail, so it was a pleasant experience.

I was stranded on the highway. AAA had to tow my diesel pickup. They recommended The auto Doctor in Truckee. This was on Saturday. On Monday morning early The Auto Doctor called, asked a few questions and moved to diagnostic mode. 2 hours later they called to say they fixed the problem. They were quick accurate and very fair with their price
