Truly great work!!! Tech figured 1.5 hours for the installation, it took over 3 hours. I knew it was likely to take longer and was prepared be spend an additional $150 or more. It should have cost another $200 for the time it took to do the job. Lisa charged me an extra $40 bucks. This is why I "always" come here,,,,, and why they're on my Christmas card list. I've never had a better experience with office staff and techs. You could do worse than to choose the auto Doc!!!!!

More stars needed..It started with a phone call involving a difficult repair. Lisa was and is a Star. Since my daughters name is Lisa I knew I was in good hands.She booked my repair, secured the repair insurance and had my truck repaired and returned as promised, I also received a 10% new customer discount and for sure I will be a lifetime customer. No doubt in my mind why there are so many multi star reviews here. Thank you seems so simple, but I cannot say it enough. What a Class operation. Thank you to EVERYONE involved.I am one very happy G-Pa.

Made a call and Lisa picked right up and she was able to get me in within 10 mins. Luckily it was a quick fix and I was on my way the same day !

I am so impressed with this company. Multiple times I have been in a jam and needed things done at that moment and each time they jump right on it and it is done professionally and exceeds my expectations. They go the extra mile and check things, do routine things like adjust tire pressure just in normal course. Impressively this last time I went in to have a couple lights replaced because the light was on as well as top off coolant. They fit me in right away, did the work - and then some in friendly local manner that you dream about. Then I get the bill for all this effort - less than $5. I appreciate the effort and the attitude that we want to help our customers when they need and earn their long term business - that is what the manager told me! Gotta love it!! You have earned my permanent loyalty. PS. I would be very happy with a $20 bill as well as I understand there are fixed costs. We want to make sure you are profitable and stay around - you make it nice for car service.
