Driving from West Sacramento to Eagle Lake and had wheel issues with our trailer. Called Auto & Tire Doctor and spoke to Dave. He said they were booked through Wednesday of next week, but agreed to take a quick look at it and diagnose for us. We arrived and waited maybe 2 mins, Dave took our rig around back came back in 5 mins and had corrected the issue! Super nice guy and very professional!!! Excellent customer service! The team at Auto & Tire Doctor's new Express Lube was gave me a same day appointment on a Monday morning, took my car onto the lift on-time, offered options for addressing the issue with my car, and had me out in less time that it took me to read a chapter of my book in the air conditioning on such a hot day. We came off of Sierra Trek late on Saturday with a blown trailer tire. We were dismayed to arrive at The Auto Doctor and find the store closed. We were just starting to search for other options and were realizing there were few when Dave Carter drove up to make sure he had locked up properly. Dave asked what was going on and subsequently re-opened the store , installed a new tire for us and got us on our way. Thanks DAVE!
