Wow what service. I was even ready to leave a fantastic service review before the job was completed! I towed in a vehicle to service and inspect for purchase. Turned out I needed a new fuel pump :( Josh, my service rep, was able to clearly describe many of the other possible future repairs and make a number of suggestions and concerns. There was complete transparency and a feel of overall interest with my situation. After numerous conversations with Josh and solid and timely work by Paul, I was able to drive the car straight off the lot with a pass on smog and am now happy to have a safe and reliable vehicle registered and ready for winter. Thank you auto and tire once again for your lovely service. Hope to not see you too soon, but will appreciate any future service if necessary!

We are new to Truckee. Finding our way around local services and businesses. Stumbled into the Auto Doctor to get a flat fixed. Instantly new i was in the right place. SERVICE A+. HOSPITALITY A+. PERSONALITIES A+. They made a stranger feel like we have known each other for years. I will be back for tires and repair work soon. Lisa was awesome. We talked shop for a bit. These folks know cars. I will look forward to bringing our cars and trucks in. Thank you for making it so easy.

Truly great work!!! Tech figured 1.5 hours for the installation, it took over 3 hours. I knew it was likely to take longer and was prepared be spend an additional $150 or more. It should have cost another $200 for the time it took to do the job. Lisa charged me an extra $40 bucks. This is why I "always" come here,,,,, and why they're on my Christmas card list. I've never had a better experience with office staff and techs. You could do worse than to choose the auto Doc!!!!!

More stars needed..It started with a phone call involving a difficult repair. Lisa was and is a Star. Since my daughters name is Lisa I knew I was in good hands.She booked my repair, secured the repair insurance and had my truck repaired and returned as promised, I also received a 10% new customer discount and for sure I will be a lifetime customer. No doubt in my mind why there are so many multi star reviews here. Thank you seems so simple, but I cannot say it enough. What a Class operation. Thank you to EVERYONE involved.I am one very happy G-Pa.
